How To Run A Successful Garden Design Business With Andrew Fisher Tomlin On 19 January 2019
How To Run A Successful Garden Design Business With Andrew Fisher Tomlin On 19 January 2019
Running a successful garden business is as much of an art as being able to design great gardens
The skills involved in developing a lasting, sustainable enterprise that consistently supplies you with great testimonials and projects are just as important as being able to develop a great master plan or planting design.
On this day you will learn skills that will help you:
discover what you really want from your business,
decide who you really want to work with,
manage those wins to get client commitment,
have the confidence to communicate, engage and influence your customer experience
build a successful referral process,
develop your business in a sustainable, ethical way that supports your long term goals
The day will appeal to garden design students, recent graduates and to those already in practice looking to sharpen their skills and develop their success with clients. At the end of the day you will be able to focus on your aims and objectives and be ready to achieve the successful outcomes that balance your life with your work.
Your course leader
Andrew Fisher Tomlin has been running great businesses since the 1980s. He says "you constantly need to evolve your offer, reinvent your strategy and move with both market and social patterns. This is even more important at a moment that holds a great deal of uncertainty about the immediate future of the British economy."
